Your experience can help
If you know retail – or have experience in the fashion industry – we’d love to hear from you. We are product category agnostic – i.e. not just fashion, and interested in hearing from professionals with experience in food, home, hardware, electrical, etc.
At present we are particularly interested in those with experience in the following areas:
- Retail operations, including store
- Buying and / or merchandising
- Marketing, especially digital marketing
- Data analysis / analytics, particularly with an FMCG focus
- Supply chain, logistics and fulfilment.

All of which help promote and raise the standard of the next generation of talent:
Subject Matter Experts. The most important thing to us is that our assessments reflect current practice in industry. This means we need to hear from leading practitioners through interviews, engagement in targeted forums, etc.
Assessors / Internal Quality Assurers. If you have substantial experience of the occupations covered by our standards, and are a qualified assessor (or can commit to becoming one), we want to hear from you. Our talent bank is always open and you can make an application via the vacancies section below.
